SCWBA YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
Who Are We?
SCWBA Young Professionals is a group within South Central Wisconsin Builders Association that focuses on creating a strong and vibrant network of industry peers working together to advance their leadership skills, grow their businesses, and shape the association for current and future sustainability. The Young Professionals Council (YPC) serves as peer liaisons for this membership demographic taking your ideas and concerns to SCWBA leadership. Young Professionals are encouraged to participate in any events and activities hosted by SCWBA, especially those designed especially for Young Professionals.

Do I Qualify?
If this describes YOU, the answer is YES.
Age 45 or younger
Employed by a SCWBA member in good standing
Granted permission from your employer to participate
Interested in expanding your network and business skills
What is the Cost?
Joining SCWBA Young Professionals is FREE
You only have to have an active membership with SCWBA
What is the Time Commitment?
You can be involved as little or as much as you like...but the more you engage the more you benefit.
Our Young Professionals specific events are often family friendly, encouraging the work-life balance many so greatly desire.
How Do I Join?
There is no process to start engaging. Simply accept the offers extended to you and participate.

Lucas was one of the first appointed Young Professionals Council members, tasked with helping create the foundation for the program and formulate a plan to advance the vision of SCWBA's Executive Officer - ultimately leading to the successful launch of this important arm of the association. The leadership team born of this launch has worked together to cultivate the Young Professionals Council we have today.
