SCWBA Young Professionals.

SCWBA Young Professionals spent the past 3 months in an accelerated professional development program designed to strengthen their interpersonal, leadership, and team collaboration skills. The final phase of the program was a hands on project requiring them to apply all they learned along the way with minimal to no guidance during the project itself.
This is the video highlight of their build day, captured by Michael Feirn with M2 Aerial Solutions LLC SCWBA's Young Professionals Network constructed a mock Lambeau leap wall for the upcoming Project 16:49 event in Janesville, WI on April, 15th. Check out Project 16:49 website and social media for more information! Thank you to our donors and partners; Marling Lumber / Homeworks, Badger State Maintenance, and Schneider Companies LLC.
