WELCOME TO THE SCWBA PARADE OF HOMES OFFICIAL PAGE.
Our in-person Parade of Homes takes place each fall in the month of September, running over the course of one or two weekends, depending on the number of homes we are showcasing. Following our in-person showcase, we proudly provide online virtual viewing access from October until July, INCLUDED with every in-person ticket purchase. With this access code you can re-visit your favorite homes as many times as you like so you can take your time and really get inspired. For those who can not make it out in-person, we offer VIRTUAL ONLY tickets from October through July for access to our virtual tours at a discounted rate. This is ideal for those with commitments during the in-person dates, for those with mobility issues, for those who simply prefer to browse from the comfort of home. You will be able to navigate your own tour at your own pace, as many times as you want for 10 full months.
