Education.

We are putting the trades BACK IN MOTION.
Picture
SCWBA is extremely proud of our Building Trades Education Programs. Our Student Build, Building Pathways, and SCWBA Scholarship programs provide early introduction and hands on exposure to the many career opportunities in the home building industry. SCWBA is proud to inspire future builders in our local industry. We are putting the trades BACK IN MOTION, and will continuing to grow our programs to meet the needs of our community and students for years to come.
SCWBA provides thousands of dollars in scholarships each year to students pursuing continuing education and/or direct to workforce opportunities in the building trades. Funds are raised through the many initiatives SCWBA delivers on each year. For SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS visit our scholarship page. CLICK HERE.

 SCWBA Building Pathways.

SCWBA sparks interest in the student build program and trades careers early on, through initiatives such as our Building Pathways program. Elementary and Middle School students are introduced to the various trades opportunities as well as the potential to participate in the student build program in the future. By meeting young students where they are, and utilizing higher grade level peers from their school as mentors, SCWBA encourages the youngest community members to consider a future in the home building trades, while teaching important leadership skills to older students.
